Before and After Wedding Cake
3 tiers. Top tier is a 6" 2-layers red velvet. Middle tier is a tall 10" marble pound cake. Bottom tier is a 13" plain pound cake. Flowers are gum paste. Silver ribbon is from the bride's gown

This is a modified version of the classic tiers with stairs cake we made for cousin Beth.
Each set of cakes is elevated with boxes under the tablecloth.

4 tiers with silver shimmer and blue airbrushing on the roses.

2 tier with black ribbon and chocolate dots, black airbrush on the roses.
6" on 9" tiers. 7 pounds. Serves 35.

Each circle is cut out of a sheet of fondant and is little bigger than an inch.

4 tier halloween themed wedding. Chocolate icing over vanilla buttercream, spiderweb scrollwork.

3 tiers with rounded edges to make it look like rolled fondant but it's iced in soft buttercream.
Each tier is offset/stepped back. 6", 9", 12" tiers. 12+ pounds. Serves 60 to 75.

4-tiered pirate-themed wedding. The ushers were all dressed as pirates and the bridesmaids as wenches.

It took multiple coats of airbrush to decorate this with drying time in between.
Iced with vanilla buttercream and chocolate buttercream borders.
